BILANCIAI SCALE DOWN ERRORS

The newly improved fork-lift weighing system (PTE model) is now as accurate as a static platform scale with a weighing accuracy of up to 3000 divisions.

This labour saving device allows weighing to be carried out within the tradeapproved boundaries of accuracy. As time most often means money in businessthe unit will in effect pay for itself.

Previous PTE models could not promise such accuracy as the nature of the tasks they perform and the uneven floor surfaces upon which they operate made weighing difficult. To compensate for error incurred through such inclines the divisions were made larger to 300/1. Accuracy was inevitably compromised as error became less noticeable.

A built-in level sensor that detects the position of the mast has solved this problem.

If the truck tilts to an angle outside + - 8% the sensor informs the operator who can then realign the truck mast so as not to allow for inaccurate weighing, saving time and money.
